A Cobot, using the same platform with the operators, is doing the inspection tasks on the designated points on the cars by means of two mounted cameras.

Cobot gripper has 2 high resolution color camera (one for near objects and one for far objects) and a led-light module.

Cobot is gathering the information of cars from the system and doing inspection tasks according to the speclist. Pre-programmed cobot moves to several positions and makes the vision system do the quality checks

Vision software runs complex algorithms such as OCR (Optical Character Reading) Pattern Matching, Measuring, Scratch Testing etc. for each position.and completes the inspection.
