Beginning with the Ford model T in the early 1900s, automobile mass production evolved in a series of systematic production models that were both human and geographically independent, such as lean manufacturing, cellular production, Toyota Production System and Ford Production System.

Although it has been tried to develop systems that reduce human error as much as possible (Poka-Yoke, Six Sigma, Kanban, Kaizen etc.), it can not be possible to nullify the it.
